Fundraising With Food

Students from the Pennsylvania College of Technology baked pastries to sell in an auction and helped raise more than $1,600 for the Habitat for Humanity. The pastries ranged from 12 chocolate houses to cakes, cookies, candy-filled chocolate boxes, and yule logs.

Food Show entries were judged by hospitality professionals who awarded Rachel Emmons first place for her two-tier cake she created.
