Many kudos to Keith Frick and Bob Thunselle; cyclists in Wyoming who have been raising money for the Ronald McDonald House in Denver. They are nearing their $100,000 goal which is needed for a “Wyoming” room in the newly renovated Ronald McDonald House. The Wyoming room will be a place for Wyoming children, who are patients in Denver-area hospitals, and their families can stay.
Keith Frick and Bob Thunselle have been on many bike rides together, some including ridding across the state of South Dakota and through the Mojave Desert and Death Valley in something known as the “Furnace Creek 508.”

Hi
I wanted to tell you about a new website we are launching called GiveForward.org. It works much like a social networking site, but instead of people’s profiles, it profiles community-based fundraisers, allowing users to post photos, videos, and details about upcoming events. The site processes online donations and provides donors with updates about the impact of their gifts.
Our philosophy is that people shouldn’t wait to give back until they can give enough to “make a difference.” To Give Forward means to invest small amounts of money now in the people and projects you believe in and then see what grows out of that small gift.
There are a lot of great features that set GiveForward apart from other online giving sites, including the fact that you do not have to be a 501c3 to post. We also have a great system set up so that while a project is raising money, it is earning interest, all of which goes to The GiveForward Community Foundation that will turn those funds into grants for non-profits on the site.
Our goal is to expose a younger generation to philanthropy by showing them how the collective generosity of their personal networks can change the world.
I hope that you will consider blogging about us as soon as we launch on April 15.
Thanks for your time!
